097 Say Urbanny

Urbanscapes was held at KLpac on last Saturday. The weather was devastatingly hot. The air was humid and I was sweating like craaaazy. My sis wanted to go early so we were there at like 3pm!!! My skin felt like it was burning. It was so hot that I thought I might start melting then and there.

I'm lazy to type so I'll let the pictures do the talking.

The sky was getting pretty dark and the wind was so strong at one point that everyone thought that it was gonna pour heavily. But thankfully it didn't. Unlike last year -_-''

Mind the face -__- That pink thing I'm pointing at is actually an umbrella.

And on top of it there's a miniature city with a rainbow thing going on. Ta-da~~ Uber cool ain't it?

See that guy in the black shirt beside the girl? The one near the yellow table. My sis took this shot at this certain angle 'cuz she thinks that the guy-in black-is cute. I was like "Whaaattt?" So uncute, you mean. Seems to me that he thinks he's a hotshot. Uggghhh. I hate those kinda guys. I hope that guy's not reading this.

The sandwich from Palette Palette was oh-sooooo-lip-smacking delicious.

My 7 bucks Bubble tea o_O I had two sumore....

My face memang tak boleh pakai la.... T_T

Hahaha. No comment. STOODLE. Oh, they're the ones who designed the Urbanscapes tee. I got myself one too.

Here's how it look like. Costs me 35 bucks. Ok lor....Who knows one day it'll become a Limited Edition item =p

Us with Lyana!! Bought 2 items from her.

The 'lil batman

and the 'lil green monster ^^

I purchased the white owl and cute ladybug pins from the previous Pipit event in Times Square.

Do check her blog

Pics are from her blog

Me, Benny (I'm not sure about the spelling) and sis. My sis is a fan of her artwork.

Me, posing at the Urbanscapes cum Hollywood thing. Please mind the guy's ass.

Didn't manage to see their music acts this year as it was outdoors only. Last year it occupied both in and outdoor. Due to the extremely suffocating weather issues, I chose to stay indoor at all times this year. Unless when the clouds were shading the sun =p

And the chapter ends that night :D

Monday after school Teacher Vicky(my uber awesome piano teacher ;D) brought me to Bentley Academy In Mutiara Damansara to check out about their Rock School. We were kinda lost on our way there. She's the type of person who doesn't like to ask for directions. She prefers to explore it on her own. So yeah. We were driving around the area for about 30 minutes...? only we found it. It's actually right beside Tesco near the Ikea/Ikano are.

We asked the receptionist about their Rock School. And she was like they don't have any classes there at the moment. WTF?!? We came all the way and you're telling me that...zZz Well, I actually called months agoooo and they said they offered the Rock syllabus for piano. Then this guy came along and told us that classes are only offered in their HQ which is in Bukit Bintang -_-

Then we ciao-ed. Teacher dropped me off at my mom's office as she had another class in USJ. Went dinner with mom in SS15 at a little Korean place called "The Street Cafe"

There was this pretty cute sign of a man and lady crossing :)

They even painted the flooring like what you get on the highway

The washroom was upstairs. So on your way there, there were these blue sparkling lights along the stairs to guide you XD See those 2 round things? There are actually chairs that cater for one ass obviously.

There's the outdoor area

The indoor air-conditioned area

and the alfresco

Mango bubble tea which relatively tastes like powder

The chicken Teriyaki stick thing

Korean Beef ( Bulgogi ) Lunch box

that comes with Kimchi and Miso soup

The food was okay. The restaurant's actually connected to the one in Asian Avenue, Sunway. The brains behind the restaurant are the same ones. That's why the menu looked really familiar.

No pics of me that day as I didn't look my best Chey.... ;)

I've mentioned it a couple of times, but I'm still gonna say it again here,

"School's a bore these days"

096 Chocolate Crave

Yesterday after having lunch in Papa John's, I just had to pay a visit Jusco Supermarket to get chocolates =p

My all-time favourite. TOBLERONE Dark Chocolate

If you notice, all are dark chocolate. This is because I'm not too fond of milk or while chocolates. They're simply too sweet for my liking. There were so many others that I too wanted to get. But I settled for these as I've *cough* gained a couple of ugly unwanted pounds *cough* lately.

While I was on my way to school on a typical Friday like today, I heard a shocking news on Hitz saying that MJ passed on. My dad was like " *Gasps* MJ died " in Cantonese. We were lke wondering what was the cause of death 'cuz we only heard the last bit where they announced that he passed on. So we were all guessing and wondering. I only found out after school.

095 The Sun is my biggest Enemy

Oh, the weather's killing me. I might get a heatstroke one day by walking 10 minutes under the yellow scorching sun everyday. Even though it's only for 10 minutes but still, it feels like an hours. With sweat trickling down from you forehead. Eeew. I always pray for clouds to block the ugly sun or for a long cold breeze of wind coming at the right direction. Obviously from the front. I won't want my hair all messed up.

Oooh, Transformers Revenge of the Fallen officially aired in cinemas yesterday. I'm dying to watch it. Seems to me that everybody who's human will be watching it. It's like a must-watch or something. Or else you'll be dubbed as a loser. Yes, that's Miss Jay's and my theory.

URBANSCAPES in 2 days
You won't want to miss it~~

094 TGIF!!!

I LOVE Fridays. Especially after spending countless hours in school which I find a waste of time. Yeah, I do. Prefect Camp's actually today. Which obviously I didn't participate. I'm not a camp-y time of person. We're like forced to go by our bimbo psychotic teachers and if we don't they'll start blackmailing you. Sound stupid right? But it's true. They're like soooooo desperate. It's like they're afraid that no one will actually go which is totally obvious.

I of course pakat-ed with my mom to give some lame excuse not to go. Hah. I feel so sorry for my babes that are there right now.

093 I'm still in a dream

Look how time flies

Time certainly seems to fly when we're doing something enjoyable. But when we're doing something we're have no interest in or whatsoever, time seems to be ticking by rather slowly. *sigh* That's what school's all about these days.

One of the school counselors came into our class today to so-called "lecture" us but actually she just gave us a piece of her mind. Our class consists of top students in the entire school. So as usual, all the teachers expect us to do well and that we ace our papers with flying cats and cows. Contrary to that, up till now, I know every single soul in class gave their best but it still wasn't enough for the teachers. Some even said that we're the worst Sec.3 batch in history. Fucking bastards.

All I know is that I did much better than my Monthly Exam. What's most important is that i tried. So say whatever you want.

Hana Yori Dango

Boys Over Flowers

I've completed both the series. Boys Over Flowers is actually the Korean version of Hana Yori Dango. So yeah, the storyline is almost the same.

Hana Yori Dango first came out as a manga series according to my mom. She said she it was a hit when she was my age o____o Imagine how long it has been. Basically first comes, Hana Yori Dango comics, then Hana Yori Dango series, Meteor Garden next (I was actually surprised when I heard MG was link to this 'cuz I didn't like this Taiwan series at all. I was like what, 10...?when the series was a hit) and last but not least Boys Over Flowers which finished airing recently on Astro channel 303.

Being me, I searched the manga on the internet. And you know what? Manga Fox actually has it. I wonder bookstores are carrying it. I've got to get the English ones of course. For some reason, English mangas are far more pricey than Chinese ones.

If you say that I'm a KDrama/JDrama freak, then you're actually wrong. I watch all these just to past time. Yes, my life is so lousy that I actually have time for this.

Currently I'm onto yet another KDrama on Viikii.

Romance Zero

I've got to say that this series is certainly not bad for a Korean one. It definitely can't be compared with House or Numb3rs but still, it's an eye-opener up till now. It's hilariously funny throughout the series. Every episode highlights different people from normal ones to abnormal ones, in the society today that are seeking help in finding a soulmate from a matchmaking company. Nevertheless it's wayyy better than HYD and BOF. It's truly worth my time.

I'm getting sleepy. Haven't been sleeping well as usual since school started. Me and Insomnia. No comment on that one.

Typed with love.

092 17 Again

YESS!!I've finally gotten a chance to watch 17 Again. Har Har. Take that you....whoever you are *flying kicks*

We now know that Zac Efron can actually act aside from HSM. He's finally out from his Disney shell. The movie was pretty hilarious throughout. Funny thing is that only me, my sis and 2 other unknown people ho sat next to u were laughing. There was a kid from the row down below that went "EEEWWW" as there was a short kissing scene. WE actually chuckled at him/her.

Heading out. Gonna have dinner at Hyotan with the ENTIRE family XD

CiaoCiao :)
