I'm currently blogging all the way from Singapore,
on my aunt's supremely small Eee PC.
The view from my aunt's condo unit taken @ 6.30 AM
Woke up tremendously early today. At 6 AM to be exact. Didn't sleep much as always. What do you expect? I can't even get a good night's rest on my own bed in my own friggin home what more outside...? I was also uncomfortably ( I actually spelled un-comfartably O.O Haha ) coughing away which made things even worse then it already is D:
No camwhore pictures of me for now as I am in my most horrible morning look everrr, sneezing awayyyy. Gonna be heading to Orchard today. Can anyone spell SHOPPPIIINNGG ????!! Haha.
A super delayed post. 2 weeks delayed to be exact. I only received the pictures yesterday. The files were big-assss huge so it took some time to be uploaded to the com >_<
Anyways, this was what went on Sunday the 8th of November. Mind you, I had to wake up at 8 AM to get there on time. On a SUNDAY sumore!! Pffffttt. I thought the day wouldn't ever end.
At the Registration Counter
My superbly-overjoyed(blurry) sister with Marilyn and Wei Hoa handling the coupon counter. In other words, the money face trios XP
Food Galore !
At one point, there was no customers so we were practically doing nothing. Out of nowhere the booth was flooded with heaps of people. It was chaos, I tell you!
The crowd
The uberly-cute Le Le. He's self-blurness makes him even more adorable ;D
The MJ-obsessed kid. Style #1
Style #2. His blazer was so bling-ified that I swear it must've cost a bomb O.O
Hip Hop coaches performed too to fill in the time gap. I have to admit, they were superb! Everyone was fixated on them.
The mom really look up to these guys 'cuz of their passion about dancing :D
Then there as this Alien look-a-like contest...
which somehow seemed more like a most horrific costume contest to me.
Oh look, it's my uber-fashionable piano teacher. She's damn up-to-date can?
I kinda pity the piano performance lorh. Heard it was 'friggin stuffy down there. And not to mention B.O !! Air ventilation wasn't good. Must complain to the landlord!
My fav. Pic Of The Day ;D
I'm gonna go pack now. Heading to Singapore tomorrow. Wheeee~~~
Remember the program that used to air on Disney Channel that was hosted by Neil Buchanan (Bunchanan, Buncho....?) Yes, the art program. ART ATTACK. Haha. I still remember that my sis and I always enjoy watching him on TV. Everything he does seems easy-easy but actually isn't!
For my moms' Company's 4th Anniversary, I created my own version of a Big Art Attack with the help of my sis and the BFF. Time for pictures!
My original sketch of what it suppose to look like
Getting the base done.
As you can see, I had to stick pieces of A3 sized sugar paper together because a 6 foot tall and 157 inches is needed for the base. I gotta say, that was the hardest part of all. My back ached when I woke up the next day. Booooo!
I was a 'lil exhausted after a while. And SOOOO, I timed-out and cam-whored a 'lil. Hey, it wasn't intentional, I just so happened to carry my camera in my purse ;P
My so-called Dooly look ! XDD
Pouts ;D
Ah, this was day 2. Almost finishing. I was pasting the words on I think.
Just so you know, the yellow thing is actually a cheese ! The cheese was a hell-a-pain-in-my-ass. Seriously. No joke! Because we didn't have enough of those black paper, the empty part HAS to be covered with the freaking cheese. The measurements had to be just right or it might be overloaded with the cheese.
Ta-da! The end product. FYI, it reads Moonwalk Across The Universe.
Everything seems a tad childish-ish, doesn't it? Well, my mom actually runs a Kids Center in SS2. Click here, if you wanna know more about it.
On Sunday, November 15th, they celebrated Stars & Planet Edufun Club(That's the name of the company) 4th anniversary. This years' theme was Moonwalk. And in conjunction with it, performances were being held. There was the Piano Recital, Hip Hop performances by the kids and their coaches as well.
I don't have the pictures with me at the moment. Without pictures, it wouldn't seem really interesting. I shall update about the event soon after I've received pictures from my cousin. So, stay tuned!
As you can see, I'm not dead yet. Just busy, busy, busy. Sigh. Hung out with the BFF today. Watched a flick. 2012 to be exact. Interesting but scary. Not horrifying kinda scary. Going out with the mom now.
It's pouring outside at the moment. Tonight will be a 'lil chillier than any other usual nights. But me like-y. I'm the typed that can't tahan the heat. I swear to god it feels like I'm melting everytime I step under the sun. I'll get really, really grumpy.
Mom's getting kinda frustrated 'cuz Astro's being a bitch. We always can't get signal on rainy days. Stoooopid.
The Pipit Wondeful Market is back with their 3rd installation. Woots!
This time at the Annexe Gallery, Central. I remembered that my sis and I went to their very first market. They had it at Times Square that time. Being the art freak of the family, my mom tagged along. AND since it was a Sunday, the DAD came as well. Since it was a Sunday the crowd were pretty slow. But it was packed by the time we left.
In this Pipit market they sell handmade crafts and arts. It's more of an independent creative arts market to be exact. I'm sure I will be buying plenty of cutesy-wutesy stuff. They're just so tempting. And besides, it may be a limited edition item someday.
They're even collaborating with Momiji this time. Yes, those cute 'lil dolls are by Momiji. Fab, aren't they? They were featured in KLUE once.
Many of those local crafters that are gonna be there. Like Beaniepet with her one-of-a-kind handmade pillows.
And remember Skin, from Whooblebubblyland? The one who custom made my wallet? She will be there as well!

They will be giving out the Pipit 3rd Anniversary mini calender for FREE too on that day itself.
And a limited edition Pipit bag can be purchased for only 5 bucks!!
It's all happening this Saturday, on the 7th of November, 1pm-8pm, The Annexe Gallery, Central Market.
Be sure to not to miss out on this one-day market!
It does seem like I haven't been blogging for decades. It's not that I have been busy or anything, I have been doing nothing much really. Sigh. The main reason why there's nothing to blog about. It suddenly occurred to me that I am wasting everyday of my post PMR life by lazying around at home, eat, sleeping totally late in the wee hours of morning (i.e right this very moment) and not to mention Facebooking and Twittering!
The mom told me to pick up at least something or I might regret it later for the rest of my life. She didn't exactly say that but still, I know I will. My sister repeatedly told me that. SPM's around the corner for her BTW. And she isn't studying much actually. Just mostly watching cartoons and Facebooking :) And read novels most of the time. I will be doing the same in 2 years time =p
Right. And so, I'm here now browsing the net in search of short baking courses and language centers. I've been interested in pastry making and learning French since the beginning of the year but due to PMR and other so-called important stuff, it kept my plans on hold. I need other options if things don't work out. All suggestions are welcome and will be well considered :)
The parents brought me to Yogitree for lunch today. I had a Staek Sandwich. No pictures though 'cuz I was too busy eating that I forgotten about it :( Yes, I'm easily swayed by food.
And I had this for dessert.
Chocolate Macaroons. They were mini but very rich indeed.
I so wanna try those super-huge palm sized ones but we just don't get to seem Macaroons being sold in Malaysia often. They're just so rare to be found.
In this picture, you'll see the mom indulging one of them ;D
My mom and sis loves having desserts as much as I do. Not the dad though. So it leaves us having his share at the end of the day Hey, it's a good thing for us ,no? = p He only eats the ones that my mom bakes actually.
Right opposite of the restaurant is where Levi's is. And so we journeyed there by foot to check it out again >_____< SALE going on now. It's running till the 8th of November. Do check it out. They're going up to 70% off!! The more reason to get yourself a pair.
While aimlessly walkinga around, I've finally located Delectable. I've been meaning to go pay a visit ever since she just opened a store in The Gardens. I couldn't seem to find it every time I head there. The place is rung by Su-Yin. I'm lazy to give introductions so why don't you simply click here to check it out for yourself. She has a blog too. That's how I got to know about her.
And of course how can I just not get anything? They're too hard to resist.
Neatly packed in a cute 'lil package.
Contains 30% joy, 20& excitement and 20% creativity ;D
Just so you know, the mom requested for the rabbit ;D
Will update more on the cupcakes once I have my first great big bite tomorrow. For now, it's safely kept in the wine chiller. Yes, WINE chiller. There isn't any space left to put them in the fridge -____-
